Our Disaster Restoration Services include:

Water Loss

• We will provide onsite inspection and evaluation
• We will provide water damage mitigation including extraction services
• We will initiate the drying process
• We will lift/remove wet or damaged carpet/pad and dispose
• We will use of proper balance of air movers and dehumidifiers
• We will move and inspect furniture to allow proper drying of carpet and structure
• We will take care of mold in areas of up to 10 square feet
• We will properly document moisture and take pictures of the affected areas and provide
  to the adjusters upon request.
• We will work very hard to assist the customer to return the structure to a pre-existing condition

Fire Damage

• We will provide onsite loss inspection and evaluation
• We will provide emergency documented contents remediation, pre-cleaning (fire mitigation is limited to the pre-cleaning treatment of "at risk" surfaces such as metal, marble or any surface at risk of being etched from the corrosive gasses from the fire)
• We will proceed the pre-authorized water procedures with in the event water is present
• We will properly document and take pictures of the affected areas and provide to the adjusters upon request or report findings to the adjuster to determine what else may need to be done i.e. (pack-out service and/or contents cleaning)

Sewage Backup

• We will provide onsite inspection and evaluation
• We will provide water damage mitigation including extraction services
• We will lift/remove wet or damaged carpet/pad and dispose
• We will initiate the drying process

• We will properly document and take pictures of the affected areas and provide
