We are the most experienced restoration team in the Elko area and understand how important it is for client to have full use of their property as quickly as possible.  We use Xactimate Software, simplifying the workflow so we can move as quickly and cost-effectively as possible.

Services we provide for insurance companies:

• Digital Photo Documentation will be used to document
  the project upon initial arrival on the job.
• As the progress proceeds, digital photos will be taken
  as areas are exposed and damaged areas are identified.
• Digital Photos will be emailed to the adjuster upon request.
• Water Damage Estimates will be completed within 72 hours
  from the time our portion of the job is completed.
• Fire and Smoke Damage Estimates will be complete within
  1 week from the time our portion of the job is completed.

Cunningham Carpet Cleaning. LLC is in the process of providing infrared imaging photos in the near future.
